Hi! I'm Norma.
I am a trained psychotherapist and couples coach and have worked with 1000’s of clients for over 25 years.  I am passionate about what I do and love to help people make positive shifts in their wellness, confidence,  and relationships.   It is thrilling to see couples move from resistance and distance to laughter again.  Through my work I have studied where people get stuck, where they struggle and how disconnections happen.  I am  excellent at guiding couples  just like you to heal rifts, reconnect and release unconscious patterning that sabotages your  communication and causes more conflict, pain and guilt.


 At Soulbrush, I also run a couples coaching program as a 90 day intensive, for 12 weeks and 12 sessions. This course is an opportunity to receive all that experience condensed in an  easy packaged bundle that brings so much skilled resource right to your door. Special Delivery.
I have found working with couples throughout the years that those who truly commit  to the  process of seeking support through regular, frequent sessions fare the best with interrupting tenacious negativity, often well patterned and unconscious, resulting in  greatly improved connection and closeness.

FAQs

​How big is the time commitment?

Videos and lessons will be up to 30 mins 3x a week,
with reading and homeplay assignments from 30-60 mins a day....
much less than your usual Netflix quota!

​What do I get for the 21 days?

The course is structured into 3 modules. Each module has 3 days of videos, emails every day, exercises to do as a couple and individually as well as handouts and a ’playbook.’ The course covers emotional safety, love foundations, affection and appreciation, boundaries and self-care, and communication. Conflict, behaviour pitfalls, and partnership poisons and their antidotes! There is researched based tools, inspiration, learning and creativity infused throughout each day.

​What if we need more help?

Follow up support is available by email throughout January 2022. You can also  book a coaching session with me during or afterward which can really accelerate and enhance your results. There is an add on purchase option for reduced rates  with the course, of 1 session or 3  sessions, at time of purchase. Space is limited, so get in early.

We’ve tried everything, how is this different?

If you are in this place it can feel hopeless.  This guide is a conduit for reigniting the WHY of your partnership and the HOW to be better together.  And, if you are or have been in crisis, personal support with me or a therapist you already see, can assist and may be needed to get out of gridlock patterns, trauma or a stalemate.   Every couple is different.  This is about following through and both parties putting in the effort.  You need to do your part to get unstuck.  If you do the program and take action things will shift.  The secret is in the doing.

Who is this for?

All couples regardless of gender, gender identity or sexual orientation, as well as age.  It is designed for dyads and the language is often therefore with 2 in mind, but the material is meant for any relationship that wants to explore dynamics, personal growth and strengthen communication and connection.

Can I do this alone, what if my partner doesn’t want to?

YES! This can work well on your own for strengthening your own boundaries and communication style. It can be a frustrating dynamic to feel like you are dragging your partner in. Doing the work yourself will create inner shift for you, which boosts self esteem and clarity: therefore mood and energy usually follow! It is easier to take necessary action and make challenging decisions from a well resourced place of clarity and strength. Your partner may notice you happier and be intrigued to follow suit.

Is everything available immediately?

The course is structured to not overwhelm you and to build on itself.  The first videos, guidance and coaching is released each week, with a daily email Monday-Sunday. You will have the course material forever so you can reference if for regular tune ups! (just like a car oil change).

How long can I keep it?

Once you purchase, it’s yours forever.

Do you have people who have used this with success?

Absolutely, YES! As with all things, (diets, fitness plans, financial savings) it only works IF YOU DO, but so many couples and individuals have made deep inner shifts and moved past betrayals, longstanding hurtful patterns of conflict or avoidance and misunderstandings, re-infused connection, play and passion when they show up to FOLLOW the COACHING and do this program!

​Can I share this with a friend?

This course is just for you and the content is copyrighted.  You can recommend it to friends (always appreciated!) but sharing in not permitted unless purchased by them. Your consideration and respect for the creator is appreciated. Of course you are free to talk about strategies or share inspiration but the actual content is respectfully not to be shared.

Can I refund it?

​No, there will be no refunds as it is already reduced at an affordable price. It requires you to do the work.  You will definitely find value in the program when you apply the content and guidance. Where you are at as a couple is also about taking radical responsibility for the realities we create and attract. The content of the program is less than couple counselling and definitely a better investment than divorce lawyers! Don’t delay. Most couples wait 7 years too long before accessing counselling and sadly, when one or both has already talked about divorce or left emotionally.  Don’t be a statistic. Be proactive about the health of your relationship.  Keep the faith and commit!
